Brilliant. Top quality work. Exactly to spec and lovely finish. This part has an external thread which screws into a bicycle sprocket and was the one feature of the component I thought may cause a problem as I wasn't 100% sure I had measured it correctly but it glides straight in like a dream. Also thanks for the nice photos of the completed components.

The work done was of high quality and a machinist error was corrected without demur. A missing specification on the drawing caused the resulting item to have a downgraded specification. This was in no way the fault of the machinist. Customer apologises for any inconvenience caused by this omission."

Very competent job. Problems with a non-standard M52 thread caused a time slip. This was resolved by the machinist making a bolt-thread mandrel (extra work); hence the time slip. Good communication assisted in the problem solving."
